AT LUCIA’S PIZZA, WE PRACTICE COMPREHENSIVE QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. THESE PROGRAMS ARE UTILIZED THROUGHOUT OUR COMPANY – FROM PRODUCTION TO OPERATIONS.
Our quality assurance personnel conduct various environmental tests within our facility to ensure our lines are in top sanitary condition. Protection of our products as wells as the customer’s brands and products, is of the utmost importance to our organization.
We are continually improving our quality assurance program, to ensure we adapt to the newest technology and testing processes available on the market place. Our Quality Assurance program includes Metal Detection, Freeze Tunnel, and We are an SQF Level 2 Certification facilty.

- I am new to Lucia's but I think it is great. Not only the brand, but 4 Hand's and their new craft pizzas which are all made by a company founded in St. Louis in 1981. Since then they have sold 50 million pizza's, so they must be good.

- I would say it's second only to Imo's, but the price comparison puts Lucia's over the top. The only bad thing is that they're only sold around St. Louis. Best cheese on a pizza ever, I've been eating it for years.

- It is my favorite frozen pizza. Crispy thin crust. Meat Lover's is a real meal. I always buy at Schnucks!
